Welcome to Disabilities-R-Us. Isn't technology amazing? My girlfriend has Cerebral Palsy and makes
good use of technology. I have not heard of Dragger/SofType, could you tell me about it? Also, what games do you enjoy playing?

Re: I'm so bull headed that I paid my property taxes for 2015 !!
I am also annoyed that we are not allowed to save money in order to make any kind of purchase other than daily trinkets. The system is designed to keep people down while furthering their own jobs. People as a cash crop. I'm actually surprised they allow for home ownership. The solution? Be your...

Something I use lots is E-Z Reacher 32-in Pro Plus E-Z Reacher

I've tried others that broke fast or wouldn't grip very well and this one has been the best.

That is quite an ingredient list. I am puzzled why insurance companies don't issue us t-shirts with tags listing our ingredients like a can of soup does.

Re: People
I learned this many years ago when I moved from a big city to a smaller rural city. Original city, if I walked down the street and there were children in the yards, moms were on the steps and would often swoop down and gather their children close to them. After the move I was walking down the stree...

Re: I overdid things
I wish I had a dollar for every time I got stuck with my four wheel drive and got stuck with my powerchair. Yet I continue to cut across fields, yards and off of paved pathways. If I had a dollar for all the stupid things I had done in my youth where I really should not have survived. I would be ...

Touching Lives
This guy was part of a grassroots dream who made what seemed impossible to many people, possible. Awesome story. "Not Impossible Labs got its start with an impossible idea. Our friend, LA artist Tempt One, was fully paralyzed due to ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease). He couldn’t move his body, talk, o...

Re: A slight rant.
I get it. I agree with you all. A local "ahem" nonprofit group here makes tons of money for their pockets while parading people in public places to abolish words. Lets rewrite every law book, law, medical book every few years because of a word used. After one local parade and the pictures gloatin...

Re: Van accessible parking.
I hear your frustration ragman. It annoys me all these organizations seem to unable or unwilling to do anything. 1) City sidewalks aren't kept up, some are not passable by wheelchairs. a) Snow removal is not kept up and some are skipped entirely. 2) City bus stops are not clear of snow and many...

Re: *BANNED*
The proof of the latitude given is the fact that I myself have gotten a wee bit over the edge at times and I've not been banned, while on another chat platform I managed to get a 48hr ban every time I arrived and I hadn't hardly said anything at all. That place has rules two pages long.
