Eino I cannot say i understand your disability but i can relate it to 'gunny sacking' where people do not see my feelings only i do and yes it is painful.sometimes it is better they do not see my feelings as it would only hurt them. please keep in touch- karen

dude2 u couldem't have said it better. am learning the causes of my stress and being disabled is quiet an education. as long as i can be free of pain i can think better and learn more about me and and my new life. i also am a reflective person so now rea;ize what the triggers  were for in a "normal"...
