Michele Kaplan is a hero. The film shows how one person can make a difference, no matter who you are or your ability. The film also touches some on accessibility which is something many of us face.
There is a homemade documentary about a woman with CP in a wheelchair who did relief work for people after Hurricane Sandy, found herself unable to access the relief kitchens to help so she made her own. She's a hero in my eyes, she rocks, give a watch if you are so inclined. It is in many parts, they will load each one after the last. http://smallkitchenbigimpact.tumblr.com/thefilm
