Anyone else suffering with Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia

Hello,
I am from india and i got diagnosed with Spondyloepiphyseal Dysplasia. I am 22, and if you guys know anout SEDC, i have had it since birth. I would very much like to know if there is anyone with the same disorder and if yes, how can we manage it and would joints replacement help.
