Survey for disabled passengers on automated border control use in Europe

Dear Disabilities-R-Us forum members,
Do you travel by air in Europe? We would like to ask you some questions about self-service e-gates at border control.
Many airports have introduced automated e-passport gates that use biometrics (usually a facial scan) to identify passengers. These e-passport gates are a self-service alternative to the conventional border control process where a border guard checks the passports of passengers. Not many of these e-gates are currently accessible to people with disabilities or reduced mobility. We would like to know how you feel about this.
The survey (in English) takes about 5 minutes to complete online at https://fastpass.iosb.fraunhofer.de/sur ... 47/lang-en
As an alternative, upon your request, we will send you a Word-format version of the study which you can email back to us.
The goal of the survey is to gain information for the European Commission funded FastPass project (https://www.fastpass-project.eu/). FastPass is currently developing the e-gates and processes to be harmonized in the European Union.
Kind regards and many thanks in advance!
