Building In-Home Robotic Assistant: Need Individual Experience Info

Hi All!
I’m student working to develop a robot that can help with various mobility assistance issues, and I’m really looking for some feedback on in-home experiences. All info would be anonymous and only use for my design team and colleagues.
I’ve got a survey going, and if you are willing to participate, I would really appreciate your input, as I only know my own (degenerative hip issue). If you have the time, it’s a super quick survey.
